Exchanges

Exchanges are processed as a return + new order. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired item.

  • To Start a return or exchange, please contact us using the contact form on our home page. Please include your order number and reason for the return or exchange in the message section provided. Our team will provide instructions and a return label if applicable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • We’ll cover return shipping and send a replacement at no additional cost.

Refunds

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Eligibility: Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.​

  • Condition: Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

  • Non-returnable items: Clearance items, gift cards, and digital products are final sale.
